Meet Chase 👋

Chase brings her infectious energy and positive attitude on & off the mat. With a background as a ballet dancer and performer, she leads the way in connecting with her audience virtually, making it feel just like you're together in person.

Chase began her professional fitness career as a top instructor at Flywheel Sports, teaching barre in two of the most competitive markets: New York City and the Hamptons. Through her years of experience catering to enthusiasts of all levels in classes, private sessions, and events, she developed her own unique teaching style. Driven by her desire to inspire others, what started as a commitment to keep her community together during a global pandemic evolved into the creation of her very own virtual fitness platform in March 2020. She now teaches live every morning, sweating with her community from the Big Apple and beyond!

Her method is ever-evolving, keeping each week fresh and challenging. Chase loves the 'mind-body' connection that movement creates, emphasizing how each exercise can enhance mental clarity and focus. She believes that practicing low-impact barre combined with strength training not only strengthens the body but also the mind. This blend creates a well-rounded and effective program for all ages and levels, helping her community feel more centered and empowered both on and off the mat.

Chase's mindset suggests that working out can be a time to disconnect from the stresses of daily life, to focus on oneself, and to boost physical and mental well-being. She often encourages with the phrase, 'Let’s do a little bit!' highlighting the importance of consistency in a fitness journey. Small efforts each day truly add up!

When she’s not on the mat, you can find Chase watching a hockey game (Go Devils!), hanging with her furry nephew/golden retriever Brody or enjoying a dirty martini or High Noon with her friends! 🍸

  • For the live classes: wifi, access to ZOOM, a yoga mat & yourself! You may go on camera or off camera, up to you!


    In every class, Chase will incorporate different props. She suggests using a pair of Bala Bangles (1 lb), resistance bands, dumbbells ranging from 2-10lbs, a 9 inch pilates ball & a chair.

    You can always participate in class with no props, or modify to your own strength level.
